B-CU VOLLEYBALL - Bethune-Cookman University’s 2008 volleyball team faces the SEC’s Auburn University, 11 AM, Friday in the Mercer University Tournament.

B-CU (0-3), with three losses last weekend at the Florida Atlantic Tournament, lost 3-2, to North Florida in its final match after 3-0 losses to host FAU and Northern Iowa.

Coach Cogswell’s team also plays Georgia Southern, 3 PM, Friday and takes onPresbyterian (11 AM) and Mercer (3 PM) Saturday to complete the Mercer Bear Brawl Tournment.

B-CU’s home volleyball opener is set for next Tuesday, September 9, 7pm, hosting Savannah State.
