Mississippi Valley State Delta Devils€™ senior wide receiver / return specialist Clarence Cotten was named Southwestern Athletic Conference specialist of the week after the Delta Devils€™ 38-0 win over TexasCollege.

Cotten averaged 18.5 yards on four punt returns. He had punt returns of 16, 20, 23, and 15 yards. Cotten€™s 16 and 23-yard returns set up a pair of touchdowns.
