Howard Volleyball Picked to Finish Fourth in the MEAC

WASHINGTON, D.C. - The Howard women’s
volleyball team was picked to finish fourth in the MEAC northern
division, the conference office announced last week.

The Lady Bison garnered two first-place finishes. The University
of Maryland Eastern Shore was picked as the preseason favorite in
the north while Florida A&M was predicted first in the south.

HU opens up play on Friday, Aug. 29 with the East Carolina
Tournament. Howard will host its first home event on
Tuesday, Sept. 2 with the matchup against the UMBC Retrievers.
