BOND WINS TWO MASTERS TITLES AT RICHMOND MEET

RICHMOND, Va. – Hampton University men’s track & field assistant coach Donald Bond participated in two events of the USA State Chamiponships on Saturday at Jim Holdren Track in Richmond, taking part in the Masters 40-and-Over Division.

Bond won the 1,500-meter race with a time of 5:01.48, while he took the 800-meter race in 2:19.14.  Bond earned gold medals in both events and  is currently ranked third in the nation in the 1,500-meter and 800-meter runs among the Masters 40-and-Over Division.
